Service Description

Follow-up appointments will aim to look at your progress and provide changes to your protocol. Other health concerns can be added or new approaches may be applied to existing ones. Challenges will be addressed and adjustments made to improve outcome.

Cancellation Policy

In-person consultations are available in Toronto and surrounding area. Please contact me at least 24hrs in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
